We got to know Gord Karpinsky though my Aunt & Uncle, whom he sold their home for, and though my Sister & Brother-In-Law, for whom he found their 1st home. I cannot say enough about Gord & Kim. In a dead market, they were able to sell my house in just one week! I listed my home with them in July 2025 and from the very beginning, their teamwork and expertise were evident!
Gord & Kim came to my home together - Gord walked me through comparable listings and explained what he realistically believed my home would sell for, while Kim did a walk through and showed me how to rearrange my furniture to create a more open welcoming space. She also gave me clear advise on what to remove to best showcase my home.
Photos were taken just 2 days later, and my house was on the market that same evening. Gord hosted open houses both Saturday and Sunday with several couples walking through both days. It sold in only 7 days for full list price, with no subjects, because they knew exactly what it would take to get the job done!
